Post-Prayer Dhikr

To complete 100 (1 time)
Laa ilaaha illa-Llaahu wahdahou laa shareeka lah, lahou-l-moulkou wa lahou-l-hamdou wa houwa 'ala koulli shay-in qadeer
There is no deity worthy of worship except Allah, Alone, without partner. To Him belongs the dominion, to Him belongs all praise, and He is capable of all things.

Ayat al-Kursi (The Throne Verse)
Reciting this verse after every obligatory prayer is a protection until the next prayer
Allah! There is no deity except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of existence. Neither drowsiness overtakes Him nor sleep. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who is it that can intercede with Him except by His permission? He knows what is before them and what will be after them, and they encompass not a thing of His knowledge except for what He wills. His Kursi extends over the heavens and the earth, and their preservation tires Him not. And He is the Most High, the Most Great.
Quran 2:255
The Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever recites Ayat al-Kursi after every obligatory prayer, nothing will prevent him from entering Paradise except death." (An-Nasa’i, al-Sunan al-Kubra 9848; authenticated through its combined chains by Al-Albani, al-Silsilah al-Sahihah 972)
The three last surahs of the Quran
It is also recommended to recite surahs Al-Ikhlas, Al-Falaq and An-Nas after Fajr and Maghrib prayers (3 times each), and once after other prayers.

(Pure Monotheism)
Surah 113

Source: Abu Dawud (1523), At-Tirmidhi (2903), authenticated by Al-Albani
"Whoever glorifies Allah (Subhanallah) after every prayer thirty-three times, praises Him (Alhamdulillah) thirty-three times, and declares His greatness (Allahu Akbar) thirty-three times — ninety-nine in all — and completes the hundred by saying: 'There is no deity worthy of worship except Allah, Alone, without partner. To Him belongs the dominion, to Him belongs all praise, and He is capable of all things', his sins will be forgiven even if they are as vast as the foam of the sea."
— The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ (Sahih Muslim, 597)
